These Website Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") govern your use of the LeapTrack¹ public website at leaptrack.app (the "Website"), including any pages you can browse without logging in — such as the homepage, pricing page, blog, and help/resource pages. They do not apply to the LeapTrack application itself once you log in as a club, coach, or parent — that is governed separately by our Terms of Service.

By browsing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms of Use apply to anyone who visits the Website, whether or not you go on to create a LeapTrack account. If you create an account and log in to use the LeapTrack application, your use of the application itself is governed by our Terms of Service, not by this document.

The Website is provided for general information about LeapTrack — what it does, who it's for, and how to get started. Content on the Website (text, images, logos, branding, and design) is owned by, or licensed to, Insightify Pty Ltd¹ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.
